Rotary ID Sign with Social Security Number Format
This is the Rotary Sign to use when the subject’s social security number is desired as well as the day, month and year. The sign includes two bands with alphabetical designators (one band has A-M and another has N-Z). Replaceable number and letter bands are available. Specify the heading desired when ordering.
